Job description:
1. Recruitment (70%):
• Make sure the recruitment process work smoothly.
• Design job descriptions suitably with each vacancy.
• Work directly with recruitment companies to fill vacancies.
• Research and select effective recruitment channels for recruiting.
• Screen CVs, contact potential candidates to book interviews.
• Take care of new employees, make sure the onboarding process work smoothly
• Develop own network of suitable candidates.
• Network with various institutions and
social media.
2.
Administration tasks (30%):
• Handle administration and record-keeping.
• Follow up and make labor contracts/ training contracts/... for employees
• Do other tasks assigned by managers
Requirements:
• Excellent
communication skills.
• Knowledge of job posting sites and professional social media platforms
• Have knowledge about the labor law
• Good at English
