We are looking for a Creative Content Intern, who thinks out of the box and is passionate about telling stories to create valuable content that engages users.
What you'll be doing:
Work closely with Content Marketing Senior to create content for all channels.
Brainstorm and support in making monthly and quarterly editorial calendars.
Co-manage, create and upload content on multiple social media accounts (including: Facebook, Tiktok, Youtube, Website).
Test, monitor and optimize different growth tactics.
Write articles that follow SEO standards.
Daily seeding.
Other tasks assigned by your direct supervisor.
Requirements:
Current undergraduate or graduate student, recent graduate with passion for
digital marketing and social marketing. Relevant experience would be a plus.
Excellent writing skill in Vietnamese (because most of your tasks is writing)
Strong communication skills and have ability to work independently under instruction.
Experience with simple design software like Canva is a plus.
Good English skills (IELTS Writing 6.5+ is a plus)
Resourceful, positive, willing to learn and willing to do mindset.
Superb attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to meet deadlines and produce quality work.
Quick learner who listens and asks good questions
Be able to work part-time, at least 25 hours per week.

Administrative Assistant Intern
Location: Ho Chi Minh City
Team: Operation
The role:
The administrative assistant intern provides a variety of support and assistance for the CEO, BOD and general office duties as directed by the supervisor. The intern will be responsible for assisting the supervisor with other
business development and operation stuff including, but not limited to, research, preparing reports, filing and general coordination.
What you'll be doing:
Dealing with correspondence
Managing schedules; organizing meetings and appointments
Reminding the CEO of important tasks and deadlines
Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
Liaising with internal teams, and external contacts when needed
Collating and filing expenses
Miscellaneous tasks to support the supervisor, including non-business matters
Supporting other functions of the company when needed
Requirements:
Current undergraduate or graduate student, recent graduate, or equivalent experience
Meticulous, hard working, willing to take on various tasks
Willing to work with flexible hours as our CEO is based in California and travel extensively
Vietnamese with English proficiency in listening, speaking, reading and writing
Discretion and trustworthiness
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Organizational skills and the ability to multitask
The ability to be proactive and take the initiative
A knowledge of standard software packages and the ability to learn company-specific software if required
