1. Business planning and execution
- Work closely with the Sales Manager (SM) on the
comprehensive sales plan for the Category: Sell-in; Sell-thru; B2B; SnS;
Marketing strategies.
- Work closely with SR on sales deployment to
Channel. Analyze - evaluate - change sales strategy by market.
- Work closely with a company of the KPI, DSI, DOA,
ROI and P&L of the industry.
- Determine product prices based on
market research, competitors and
classification Pricing level for different levels Channel.
- Create and master Marketing & Sale-Program
programs according to stages, seasons, markets, and competitors.
2. Manage and develop
target customers, sales channels
- Regularly coordinate with SR to maintain sales
channels, build new, classify agents according to 3 levels: Long-term; Mid-term
and Runrate suitable for each geographic area.
- Coordinate with the company to evaluate the
capabilities of SI Agents, propose methods of increasing - decreasing, adding
new potential SI Agents serving the development of the industry or eliminating
Agents that do not have potential to develop.
- Build training programs, seminars, workshops,
seminars, events, ect to timely support Agents, maintain long-term sales
opportunities.
3. Build a culture
and develop a team:
- Creat a responsible, proactive, exemplary, ethical work principles,
respect colleagues.
- Create set up textization on time, not break over, not harmful
compromise for the Industry and the Company.
- Ability to identify problems, know how to train,
know how to mobilize a team of SR, coordinate with other departments and
divisions to perform in detail & effective sales plan.
Job Requirements
We only need 01 candidate who loves, has a passion
for business, has a sharp mindset in the
information technology business,
confident, presistent, hard-working, responsible and committed to accompany and
capable of Good
English communication.
A few points will
be a plus for you if you have:
- Have at least 3 years
of experience in IT distribution, project, and general knowledge of IT market.
- Passionate,
knowledgeable and proficient in using the products of the Microsoft ecosystem
- Have a good relationship with SI Agents in the
city: Ha Noi, Ho Chi Minh and neighboring provinces.
- Can move and be ready for new tasks
- Good English is an
advantage
Position salary: 18-25 million,
income from 25-50 million/month (excluding other allowances)
