Responsibilities
Seeking to recruit new clients (60%)
Sales Support (20%)
Conduct client background check for Client Qualification
Make sure meetings are well documented in the form of meeting minutes
Conduct relevant research to support presales for proposal
Prepare quotations, including Change Request Quotation, Additional Request Quotation, and other simple quotations according to existing templates
3. Sales Admin (20%)
Document Sales and Pre-sales Q&A
Assist in market research projects
Collate information in the company's email contact list to the internal CRM system
Develop case studies
Perform other tasks assigned as per the company's requirements
Qualifications
Enrollment as a last-year student, preferably in Business Administration, IT or related major
Interest in the Sales field
Available to work full-time
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Good command of English
Willingness to learn, motivation, and a strong sense of responsibility
