JOB DESCRIPTION
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Identify Tech-Talents in the Vietnam market for various roles and positions, including their contact details.
Reach out to candidates using various channels (calling, LinkedIn, Zalo, Whatsapp, Skype, etc.) to encourage them to register on the new platform.
Communicate the benefits of being registered on the platform to IT candidates.
Guide and demonstrate how to use the platform to the candidates.
Follow up with candidates to keep the system up-to-date.
REQUIREMENTS
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors in
Human Resources Management, IT or relevant degree
Work experience as an IT/Technical Sourcer or Recruiter (2+ years experience is an advantage)
Work experience in a headhunting firm or for a software company is an advantage
Experience in sourcing and identifying tech-talents on various platforms
Ability to find out the contact details of those candidates
Talent for approaching and convincing tech-talents either via messaging or calling
Familiarity with CRM systems and resume databases
Solid knowledge in sourcing techniques (e.g. Social media recruiting and Boolean search)
Fluent in English
Good interpersonal and decision-making skills

JOB DESCRIPTION
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop an effective sales funnel by identifying target companies and decision makers
Promote our innovative product in Vietnam
Establish and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients
Manage the entire sales cycle from initial outreach (via cold-calling, email, LinkedIn, Zalo, Whatsapp, etc.) to identifying customer needs, presenting our product as the ideal solution (online or offline), negotiating contracts, onboarding clients to our platform, and ongoing
account management.
REQUIREMENTS
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Economics, IT, or a relevant field
Proven experience in SaaS sales, preferably with recruitment software/service companies
Strong sales acumen and a passion for sales
Demonstrated ability to acquire new clients and develop new business through various methods (cold-calling, LinkedIn, email, Zalo, Whatsapp, etc.)
Familiarity with CRM systems
Solid knowledge of pipeline management
Experience in software product presentation and demonstration
Fluent in English
Excellent interpersonal and decision-making skills.
