JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Description:
1. Work closely with dealers for their payments for their advanced firm/deposit orders.
2. Manage the performance of dealers in charge to achieve dealers' market share target and sales volume target.
3. Follow up sales situations of dealers in charge closely, report internally and propose the policies in accordance with situations.
4. Follow up sales situations as well as any changes in the organization and structure of all dealers to update superiors for the right judgement and counter measure.
5. Convey the company's
sales and marketing strategies to dealers and guide them to implement accordingly.
6. Ensure the operation of dealers in accordance with 3S Shop Standards.
7. Collect information from the market (competitors, economic situations and trends as well as current affairs) and share with other related groups or propose suitable sales policies.
8. Collect EBR, summary and analysis from DSM/ EBR Report /Monthly Report to SMC
9. Monitor Daily Sales activities from dealers (checking source of customers and inquiries)
10. Implement sales training for dealers' sales team
11. Other tasks assigned by the manager
REQUIREMENTS
Job requirements:
Suitable candidates should:
1. Graduate from Business Administration or Technical Automotive
2. Be good at Microsoft Office and English
3. Have a mindset of self-starter and being logical and critical-thinking
4. Be careful, hardworking and highly responsible
No experience is required.
