JOB DESCRIPTION
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our employer branding and internal communication initiatives under guidelines and coaching from the Head of HR:
Assist with developing and implementing internal communication strategies and plans that engage employees and align them with the company's vision, mission, and values.
Create and manage content for internal communication channels such as newsletters, intranet, emails, videos,
Support the
Talent Acquisition team in developing and executing employer branding strategies that attract top talent to the company.
Collaborate with HR and Marketing teams to ensure consistency in messaging across all channels.
Measure and analyze the effectiveness of internal communication and employer branding initiatives.

Support manager to build/change the Budgeting process from Incremental Budgeting to Zero Budgeting with some key Departments such as IT, MKT, HR, and Operations.
After the Budgeting season in Jul-Aug, the candidate is expected to support/build the Return on Investment template and Post Investment Review template that helps Departments proactively manage the Project costs and benefits.
