1. Job Responsibilities:
Monitoring and maintaining
computer systems and networks
Responding in a timely manner
to service issues and requests
Providing technical support
across the company (this may be in person, over the phone, or remote software)
Setting up accounts for new
users
Repairing and replacing
equipment as necessary
Testing new technology
Possibly training junior
staff
Manage stocks of equipment,
consumables and other supplies
2. Job Requirements:
Bachelor's
degree qualification in
information technology or computer science
Knowledge of
IT operating systems, particularly Windows, Mac OS, Linux
Knowledge of
IT hardware and software
Knowledge of
Risk assessment
Experience in
network management and help desk support
Knowledge of
one or two of the following domains: Windows Server Operating
System/Virtualization, Networking, Azure Active Directory, Storage.
