II. Main duty:
● You'll be responsible for preparing materials in link with our marketing campaigns for both printing and digital activities
● For Print: content preparation of printing materials such as POSMs (standee, promotion box packaging, shelf display, etc.) and internal tools (leaflets, brochures, training posters, PR posters etc.)
● For Digital: create visual for online channels content (such as promotion and social posts, livestream, edit .gif .png files and other designed files for online channels)
● Manage all visual/elements of brand to support marketing team and other teams and keep track with available source from Head Quater.
● Support other tasks of Marketing team (such as event/ activation materials, newsletters, ...)
● Manage the source files, validated files.
● Report essential information from the designing trends of the market and the competitor
● Brainstorm with team about the ideas for marketing activities.
● Other duties could be assigned i.e. event support, translation English - Vietnamese
Skills:
● Strong skills in both creating printing materials and digital content
● Aware of social media and E-commerce platforms specs
● Good at editing videos (all digital formats)
● Able to design all graphic files (AI, PSD, etc.). Mostly landing page, banner, header, infographic, image for post, etc.
● Take product photoshoots & creative videos
● Ensure all design achieving the creative requirement in complying to brand identity & brand strategies
● Contribute your design expertise for the concept development of marketing campaigns
● Ensure the required quantity & timeline for each design (multi-items, multi scales).
● Double check to ensure the display to end-users.
● Supervise the design with external agencies / freelance designer (if any).
Profile:
- You already have good experience in Print and Digital design: at least 3 years successful experience in agencies or client's side.
- Native Vietnamese, fluent in English
- Good organization and work fast paced
- Creative spirit, not afraid to share creative ideas and recommendations
- Strong eyes for details
