Missions :
The Marketing and Graphic Design (Intern) will support & assist the Managers on updating our marketing tools and document templates.
The Intern will be tasked with creating content for social media, the company's website, communication materials, corporate videos, etc...
You will be tasked with Marketing actions linked to Graphic Design :
Improve and re-design our corporate, legal and business-related documents to make them more inviting and attractive
Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral
Perform retouching and manipulation of images
Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets
Other tasks required by MarCom Coordinator

Digital Content for Social Media
Create Short videos depending on the company's needs
The candidate shall be able and willing to handle several assignments.
An interest in Art, Design,
Sustainability, Sciences and Cultures is a plus.
Profile :
You are a young creative mind who has a passion for design, beauty and esthetics.
You love making your presentations and reports (for school), you are familiar with Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign and Photoshop !
You are excellent with Microsoft Word, you know a trick or two to bring your documents to the next level.
Proficiency in English is mandatory (reading, writing and speaking)
Good writing skills (in French or English)
Aesthetic eye : you are born with an eye for beauty, you are moved by beautiful things
Detail-oriented
Perfectionist
Bachelor's degree in graphic arts, design, communications, or related field is a plus
Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign, and other graphic design software is preferred
Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web is a plus
Have a good understanding of layout, lighting, colors, proportions, perspectives andanimations
Interest in literature and copywriting skills is a plus
Hardworking, patient, careful and responsible.
The candidate shall be willing to complete at least 5 months of internship within our organization. Opportunities after these 5 months can be discussed.
