Pre-sales:
- Find prospects and leads
- Conduct market research
Bidding:
- Clarify the project requirements
- Work with Tech Leads to provide the quotation and timeline to the client
- Work with Project Owners to track the progress of the project
After-sales:
- Strengthen relationship with the clients
- Identify opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell
- Provide
customer support when needed
- Respond to complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer success and satisfaction
Planning:
- Create detailed sales business plans
- Set and manage sales goals and quotas
- Prepare and present reports on KPIs.
