You will be responsible for training and education program, platform and tools to drive business objectives, managing partner dentist training, managing staff training, executing clinical education projects. This is to support the fast growth of the region with excellence in execution, organizational skills and collaboration
● Develop education programs, platforms, tools to drive Partner dentist adoption of Zenyum Products and services
● Manage training for Zenyum partner dentist
● Manage training tools and material with other Vendors
● Manage and execution of clinical education programs as assigned.
● Support CC, CS, Marketing, Products, Partnership, Case ops and other departments in Zenyum in Dental education and training
● Help to manage Customer adoption of Zenyum Products and services
We'd Love To See That You Have
To have at least 2 years of experience in structuring education programs/ courses and delivering training, managing training and
project management, having experience working in the dentistry is an advantage
To have at least diploma in business or dental knowledge is preferred
To have strong implementation skills with excellence in execution and attention to details
To have effective communication and to be collaborative with all the regional team, countries, HQ and external agencies
To have a good interpersonal skills to engage with internal dental team and external dentist and partner clinics
To be very organized and in managing and coordinating projects
To travel to other region or countries based on business needs
To be a fast learner
Provide supports to all process and management system in the company as required
Language ability in English is needed
