Mô tả công việc
- Develop the company's product brands.
- Plan and develop strategies for the company's products
- Manage marketing budget.
- Responsible for organizing and managing all marketing activities of the company effectively.
- Develop and direct the implementation of marketing research and development programs and training personnel of the marketing department.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing plans (branding, promotion, campaign) of the company.
- Manage online sales channels.
- Continuously update the latest information and knowledge about Marketing to be able to come up with appropriate strategies.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies on social networking platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, and zalo..., manage company website and support activities of e-commerce sites to develop sales of the company.
- Oversee marketing department from 15-20 employees (with team structure including positions: content, digital, platform performance, media, design).
- Responsible for recruiting, evaluating and training new employees of the Marketing Department.
- Coordinate with sales department and E-com department to optimize marketing strategies and appropriate marketing content (messages, content conveyed, potential customers, ...)
- Having in-depth knowledge of Digital and Trade Marketing
- Other related tasks assigned by the Head of Country
Yêu cầu công việc
- At least 2 years of experience as Marketing Teamleader or similar position. Having experience in Marketing in the electronic technology industry and having a relationship with the media and press is an advantage.
- University graduate majoring in Economics, Management, Marketing, or similar field
- Good communication skills in Vietnamese and English (listening, speaking, reading, writing)
- Expertise in marketing and brand communication activities
- Having in-depth knowledge of digital marketing communication tools and experience using digital tools
- Able to withstand work pressure and progress, project deadlines, self-improvement, adaptability, sensitivity.
- Build relationships with partners in Marketing and service providers.
- Good management, planning and organization skills.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Skills in controlling, reporting, problem solving, conflict resolution.
