Overall Job Purpose:
We are SCC - Specialist Computer Centres - Europe's leading provider of IT services and solutions. An opportunity has presented itself for an experienced Software Developer to join an exciting and challenging IC project.
This role is a great opportunity for a Fullstack Web Developer. We are looking for a Fullstack Web Developer who will get involved in the Agile process including analyzing the requirement, creating solutions, developing & guaranteeing quality. The ideal candidate must have experience with .Net technology, Web API application as well as front-end web application using Angular, Material Design, TypeScript and CSS3.
Successful candidate will work within the SCC IT Development team to design, develop and maintain for IT projects within the SCC Group. They will also perform any other duties which may be allocated to them due to developing technologies and business requirements.
Main Duties of Job:
- Develop new user-facing features, ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX
- Maintain and enhance current features of IC project.
- Work collaborative with other team members and stakeholders from UK,
- Following Agile methodology for software development process, using Azure DevOps tool to apply DevOps process.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
- Proactive self-study to keep up to date latest .Net technologies.
- Attend daily stand-ups, retrospectives and sprint planning sessions.
- Taking responsibility for projects/tasks and reporting of progress to Project Manager.
Your Skills and Experience
Required
- Must have 03+ years of experience in software development and 01+ years of experience in using Angular framework, Material Design, Bootstrap and TypeScript.
- Has extensive experience for front-end design of UI/UX using JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, JSON, TypeScript, Bootstrap and web responsive.
- Familiar and has experience with .Net technologies: C#, Web API, .NetCore and SqlServer database.
- Experience in the use of Azure DevOps, CI/CD and Git framework.
- Familiar with Agile methodology and Scrum framework for software development process.
- Willing to learn new technologies, proactive researching and self-studying to get understanding new domain knowledge.
- Ability work well in individual as well as in a team across multiple locations.
- Team work spirit (eg: team building, support together) and a constructive attitude
- Willing to work hard in some urgent cases
Advantageous
- Good English communication both in verbal and writing.
- Experience in developing web and mobile applications with web responsive.
- Experience with JS frameworks such as JQuery, KnockoutJS.
- Personal characteristics: proactive, open, joke with teammates are plus
