The Job
- Set up and maintain blockchain nodes, build actionable guidelines for both technical and business operations
- Develop, deploy, and maintain blockchain node monitoring and alert system
- Develop, deploy, and maintain staking portfolio recommendation and related reporting tool
- Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports in terms of rewards, risks, and pre-investment assessment as well
- Acquire data from third party websites and blockchains, implement and maintain databases, maybe interact with smart contracts sometimes
- Deep dive into the mechanism of rewards distribution and stake bonding
- Develop mobile and web application gateway and backend to provide premium enterprise grade staking services
- Actively participate in blockchains' community across multiple communication and social channels
- Timely track blockchain announcements with attention to any changes to the mechanism of stake bonding and reward distribution as well as node software upgrade
- Work proactively and collaboratively with sales, compliance, web frontend, mobile dev, UI design, test, and product team
Your Skills and Experience
Requirements and skills
- Expertise in scrapping, data analytics and web application backend in Python
- Familiar with OS and application monitoring tools, like Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana
- Strong knowledge in blockchain
- Familiar with how PoS blockchain works, at least on one chain, particularly in terms of the mechanism of stake bonding and reward distribution
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, working as part of a Global team
- BS in Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics
Preferred qualifications, knowledge, skills, and abilities
- Smart contracts on Solana or Cardano or in Solidity
- Interact with blockchain and smart contracts using web3 and/or etherjs in Nodejs
- Ubuntu Linux system
- GO, Java, Python, JavaScript, SQL, NoSQL, ReactJS, Rust
- AWS, REST/HTTP, JSON/XML, RPC, Database Operations (Elasticsearch, Redis, PostgreSQL, MySQL)
- Knowledge of operating mining, staking, or running validating node efforts
- Service Oriented Architecture and Microservices architecture
- Git version control, CI/CD with GitHub Actions
