EHS - Environment, Health, Safety (70%)
- Implement Labor safety training and Fire Fighting and First Aid Training.
- Document control Coordinator for EHS MS
- Support Fire Safety and Fire Response plan
- EHS-Partner of departments
- Implement occupational environmental monitoring and analyze data, Waste management, Carry out EHS Patrol
- Update and evaluate legal requirements on EHS
- Follow up inspection of equipment with strict safety requirements
- Manage hazardous substance management, contractor management procedure
- Support to investigate and report incidents
- Involve in EHS internal/external audits
PRS - Protection and Security (30%)
- Set up and improve PRS process as Bosch requirements
- Manage security guards, make plan and carry out the security patrol
- Investigate security incident and make report
- Maintain asset database
- Manage hardware and software for APE and CCTV system
- Manage access cards and ID card printing
- Support Management to deploy PRS policies and objectives
- Support Management to ensure PRS compliance
- Coordinates with the region on PRS matters
- Make plan and coordinate PRS internal/external audits
Yêu cầu công việc
- Male is refered
- Have knowledge on ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 or ISO 45001
- Good at English is a MUST (both in writing and speaking skills)
- Proficient in the use of MS Office Applications (Words, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience on administration works
- Have knowledge on EHS Vietnamese and international standards and legal requirements
- 2-3 years of experience on EHS at an international company or experience on working with CCTV, security system is a plus
- Have knowledge on Asset Management
