FAS Division Executive in charge of the following:
1. BUDGET MANAGEMENT:
Manage all supplier invoicing and ensure tracking of total Division's spending vs. planned and approved budget
Assist with the forecast, allocation and inventory management of boutique selling tools and training materials from both internal and external vendors
Assist the
Product team in all WFJ wrapping requirements, including forecast and boutique allocation, whilst keeping in accordance with strict global guidelines, and appropriate stock on hand levels
2. CLIENT ENGAGEMENT (KEY FOCUS):
Support CRM in preparations for client engagement activities in timely manner and with required quality
Source local supplies as per client engagement calendar. Work closely with them to ensure the needed results. Full charge from briefing, testing, quotation/ vendor selection, manage vendors, product delivery, to settlement
Work with Retail team with effective
communications and collaborations to ensure flawless executions
Take charge of preparations for client treatments (flight booking, hotel, treatment plan, etc...) as per guidelines
3. REPORT:
Prepare and distribute sales reports and data analysis to local and regional teams on a weekly, monthly, and yearly basis
Assist in the production of the CRM report and analysis
Prepare meeting minutes, distribute them to the team or relevant recipients
4. DIVISION COLLABOARATION and
ADMINISTRATION:
Ensure the FAS Lead is administratively supported across all facets of the FAS division, including management FAS meeting schedule for effectiveness
Schedule and maintain a cohesive FAS planning calendar covering all areas of the division
Coordination of all Fashion presentations, including monthly meetings, Quarterly Business Reviews, Competitor updates, etc... as required by the FAS Lead or as per Division calendar
Support the Division with paper works (inventory forms, expense claims, payment follow up, etc...)
Support the Divisions with systems requirement (AX, Concur etc.)
OTHERS:
Represent the Fashion Division across all Corporate activities and requirements, i.e. National Conferences, social function coordination
Support the Marketing team in ad-hoc missions to support relationship marketing and client activities
Support all functions within the Fashion Division with ad-hoc tasks as necessary
Excellent communication with management and staff at all levels of the organization
An ability to interact with and build excellent relationships with all company stakeholders
Well-developed organisational and administrative skills, including strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and control own workload
Well-developed computer literacy skills
Academic / Professional Qualifications
Mandatory
Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Mature and responsible. Demonstrate high teamwork spirit, open mindedness, ability to listen, high sense of curiosity to understand trends and needs, with good interpersonal skills
Have good business sense. Being analytical while paying great attention to detail and accuracy
Vietnamese and English fluence, strong verbal and written communication skills including facilitation and presentation
Interest in Fashion

A minimum of 3 years similar experience within in a complex fast paced corporate environment
