Project management activities will include standard PM functions including:
- Working with consultant/technical teams to develop project scope, budgets, and timelines, identifying, resolving, and escalating issues as needed, driving project teams to meet project goals and timelines, serving as liaison with project internal customers, and serving as the point person for project communications and reporting.
The PM role will cover the entire project life-cycle from defining project charter and scope through production entrance.
- Develop effective planning processes and provide status reports on a regular basis.
- Make timely and effective decisions.
- Manage business partner relationships and serve as the liaison between business and technical functions.
- Implement and lead effectively.
- Group Facilitation.
- Gather, analyze and organize complex data and processes and arrive at a reasonable and carefully substantiated conclusion.
- Manage relationships with a wide range of business groups and departments.
- Maintain project documentation throughout all stages of the project life-cycle.
- Assist the sales department in creating proposals for prospects or existing clients.
- At least 2 years of experience managing ERP projects or complex software implementation projects in a mid-market environment.
- PMP/PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
