Our client is looking for Electrode Proc
ess Manager (Equipment Evaluation) for EV Battery manufacturing
Core Responsibilities:
Responsible for direct interaction with equipment vendors on design targets with strategy and roadmap development, test plan generation, evaluation techniques and sample characterization
Be involved in
engineering planning discussions for pilot line
Support set up and scale up activities
Develop and support a good working environment with collaboration across departments
Share technical understanding with the research team to improve and drive innovation
Use technical experiences from the pilot line to support gigafactory set up
Plan and lead on
continuous improvement activities for equipment evaluation process
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
Degree qualification in Engineering field is preferred
Experience on direct engagement with LiB related equipment vendors on operational to machine specifications
Experience with FAT, SAT requirements and commissioning equipment for high volume production
Knowledge of digitization and innovation aspects employed in the industry
Experience with engaging equipment vendors on new design targets with strategy and roadmap development
Experience on test plan developments to execution phase and sample characterization strategy
Relevant work experience within a high-volume production field (preferably battery manufacturing)
