Employment package:
Working hour: 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. (1-hour lunch break) from Monday to Friday.

Job Description:
Geniee Vietnam seeks a passionate Customer Success Assistant who will work closely with teams of headquarter in Japan to support any requests/tasks on the system. The position requires operators to understand Geniee's products (Geniee SFA/CRM) and to perform some of the following tasks:
Understand normal business flow and be able to operate and work with systems/platforms.
Join meetings with Japanese clients to collect their requests and support in setting up the syst
Build and maintain close working relationships with related departments (Tech and Customer success team in JP Headquarter)
Other tasks and reports assigned by managers/leaders.

Job Requirements:
Good command of Japanese (N2 level is a must) & basic English communication. Japanese speaking is at an appropriate level to communicate with our clients.
Office equipment system skills (email, internet, Microsoft Office and related software).
We accept on job training for non-experienced candidates, but having knowledge of operating systems/platforms or managing customer relationships is a plus.
Preferred Personality:
The candidate should have high energy, enjoy working in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
He/she also needs to work hard with carefulness and patience due to the nature of the job.
