Docosan is a health tech startup founded in Ho Chi Minh City in 2020 by two Harvard grads.
We're venture backed by international investors including AppWorks (Taiwan) and Huat
Ventures (Singapore). We're looking for smart, resourceful and passionate people to join us as
we transform healthcare for the better in Vietnam and beyond. Our mission is to make it as easy
to get healthcare in emerging markets as it is to order a Grab. Our platform enables people to
find, compare, and book over 30,000 priced medical services online and offline, as well as order
home test kits and more.

What you will do:
● Manage large amounts of incoming/outgoing calls or chats in a timely manner
● Educate customers on how to use our software
● Keep records of all conversations in our ticketing software
● Obtain feedback on how to improve our product and service
● Coordinate logistics associated with home test kit delivery
