Responding to all inquiries from customers from across the world, dealing with both client' sellers and end customers. Ensuring that you deal with all inquiries in a timely, professional and effective manner.
Using a variety of different mediums to communicate directly with our customers, primarily email and social media.
Generates customer interest in the company's products or services.
Provide feedback and ideas on the efficiency of the customer service processes.
Performs all other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

At least Bachelor's degree
Demonstrable experience in a call center / customer service center environment
Good command of English (IELTS, TOEFL, etc. certificate is a plus)
Strong reading and written communication skills
Ideally candidate has
customer services/call center experience at a hyper-growth tech company; however, it is not essential
Ability to organize and prioritize and multitask
Effective problem-solving and time management skills
Fluent in German/Dutch/French/Italian is the advantage but not required -English is a must have
