Main Responsibilities: Perform customer service operational tasks that are directed by Manager/Branch Director and aligned with service standards, including but not limited to:
• Prepare presentation file and relevant documents for the client meeting, collect data from clients and work with insurers for quotations
• Arrange insurance policies, follow-up all the updates with Insurers
• Follow-up premium payments with Clients and Insurers
• Handle correspondences, deal with client's inquiries and coordinate with Manager/Branch Director to response for clients
• Filing & documentation
• Handle other related
customer services/
sales administration tasks as assigned
