Planning, building CRM channel strategy (Email, App Push, Web Push,...)
Categorize customers and set up scenarios to maximize touch points
Work with content team, investment team to design relevant, personalized and engaging CRM campaigns
Segment Anfin's users and develop appropriate content directions for each group
Directly deploy
email marketing & automation platforms through tools and software (Sendgrid)
Work with stakeholders to build resources for email marketing campaigns such as: landing page, email template, unsubscribe page, pop-up form, registration button...
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of email marketing campaigns as a basis for optimal recommendations by A/B testing

Degree in Business or Marketing Major
Experience in using CRM software and tools (Sendgrid, Sendy, Mailchimp), email marketing platform, web push, app push
Understand Marketing Automation and manage popular advertising measurement tools (Google Analytics)
Have the ability to be
creative content plan, content direction
Experienced in stock investment and passionate about learning about the stock market
Experience in using image design tools such as Canva, Photoshop
Adaptable and flexible. Analytical and problem solving skills
Team work spirit, Integrity, high responsibility for work
Willing to serve internal and external customers conscientiously
