Part II: Job Summary
Credit Card Business Executive play the roles as the customer retention specialists who support the Credit Card
Business Manager in designing and implementing customer retention strategies in order to increase loyalty and retain business. This role also helps to promote customer satisfaction by creating more benefits of the Shinhan Finance credit cards outstanding among other Fincos' cards and ensure that customers continue to spend with SHF Credit Card as their primary payment instrument. Also, this role is delegated to act as a liaison between the SHF Credit Card and business partners to offer more to our customers.
Part II: Key Accountabilities
• Closely monitor the competitive landscape for credit card special partnership offers for customers among banks and Fincos, regularly reporting to the Credit Card Business team and giving recommendations for our campaigns.
• Determine effectiveness of each retention campaign through analysis of response rate and spending volume/values to the campaign.
• Support to develop and implement short- and long-term plans/strategies for retention plans, schedules, budgets,
communications and tactical plans as required.
• Work in collaboration with cross-functional teams to improve the Shinhan Zones partners to have the special discounts for SHF credit cards.
• Support to manage budget, scope, and timeline for marketing activities at partners in order to ensure that all retention campaigns are optimized to bring highly targeted traffic while also ensuring a very strong ROI.

Part III: Job Specification / Possible Profile
1. Education background: - University Graduated.
2. Minimum Experience
- At least 1 years proven working experience in Credit Card Partnership/Retention Specialist (Product Team) or Sale/
Business Development/ Partnership.
- Good interpersonal, communication skills and PC skills.
3. Knowledge, Competencies, Skills
- Able to communicate effectively with different stake holders and business partners.
- Collaboration, multitasking, ability to lead and work with a team.
- Interpersonal skill.
- Problem solving, analytical thinking.
- Fluent in English (both written & verbal)
4. Attitude: - Reliable, hard-working, time management, teamwork.
