costing Supervisor

• Be partnership with BU division manager to reach the target in providing all financial and business supports as well as in complying with Group policy, including but not limited to division P&L, cost center expenses report, product costing, etc.
• Manage all finance operation including Costing, Inventory recognition, Fixed assets and so on.
• Providing supervision and reviewing of factory material cost, labor costs, and manufacturing expenses and collaborates by working closely with the plant team to improve the cost.
• To ensure that costs of products are corrected according to corporate procedures and in compliance with financial accounting standards and support competitiveness in the market.
• To ensure that all inventories are recorded correctly in compliance with both internal control and financial accounting standards and verified their existence with effective physical counts.
• Being responsible for the analysis of actual cost, standard cost, estimate cost, and comparison with selling. Providing recommendations to Financial Controller and management team.
• Preparing the financial report, performance report, rolling forecast report and annual budgeting until analyze actual performance vs budget.
• Drive costing process automation and simplification of actual and budget process.
• Coordinate and direct the preparation of the annual budget and monthly financial forecasts, report variances, regulatory reporting.
• Conduct detailed analytical report of P&L, sales, gross margins, operating cost, and profit margins
• Calculate the cost of new products and intercompany price.
• Analyze BU financial performance and raise up any issues/concerns as well as give early warnings to division manager and management, especially in product costing and overhead.
• Responsible for master data management related to inventory & costing.
• Provide all necessary support to management in driving the Company's goals.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

- Age: Between 25 - 40 years old
- Education level: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- Qualifications
• At least 8 years working experience in Costing and Inventory.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team; excellent analysis, excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and solving problem as well.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, integrity, punctual, proactive and team player
• Open-mind, fast learner and positive attitude.
• Having experience with FDI company would be an advantage.
- Special skills
• Good computer skills (advance in Excel).
• Familiar with ERP accounting software such as Dynamic AX, SAP, Oracle.
• Good command of writing and spoken English.
• Able to communicate in Thai language would be an advantage
