Mô tả công việc
1- Counter services:
- Handle customer applications of cash withdrawal/ deposit/ remittance received over counter, post mails (check content, verify signature...)
- Check evidence/supporting documents in association with regulations.
- Handle customer's inquiries relating to cash, deposit and remittance transactions via phone, counter.
- Handle the sending/delivery of bank A/C's statement, credit/debit advices over counter, by fax, post mail,
E-distribution...
- Prepare bank's confirmation to customers as required by local rules/customers.
- Handle the fee collection in system (MGeB Fee, Audit Confirmation/ COB fees...)
2- Account related:
- Handle customer account opening, closing and modifying.
- Register customer's information related to account into systems and filing original docs.
- Control dormant accounts and returned mails.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Good command in English
- Good communication skills
- University graduation in banking, finance or accounting
- At least 2 year of experience in banking cash & deposit operations/services
- Good understanding of local law on foreign exchange control and investment
- Strong customer service skill, good accounting knowledge is an advantage
- Carefulness, accuracy and execution skill are strongly required
- Sense of responsibility, ability to work under high pressure and willingness to work overtime are preferred
