With the mission to bring Cốc Cốc services to more internet users, we are looking for an experienced and result-driven Content Growth Hacker to join our ambitious User Growth Department. An ideal candidate is a person who shares the same vision in delivering compelling and innovative content that helps engage, acquire, and retain users for Cốc Cốc.
As a Content Growth Hacker, you will coordinate with both our in-house team and outsource teams (agencies, freelancers) to produce content for Cốc Cốc's product promotion on various digital channels
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Develop, experiment various content ideas and formats to grow traffic and lead volume for our digital channels
- Research products, audience insights and keywords for content production
- Write, optimize, or proofread content for SEO and ASO that aligns with brand's mood and tone
- Research content spread opportunities and develop content partnerships
- Recruit, manage, and coordinate with outsource (agency, freelancers) to assist all content production activities
- Keep track with content performance for constant quality improvement and target achievement
- Review, consult and support content production for other Marketing activities as required
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Required skills:
- At least 1 year of experience in Content Growth Hacking or Content Marketing. Previous experience in the MarTech industry is a plus
- Solid understanding of SEO content principles
- Ability to work with different content formats and distribution channels
- Good written and verbal communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
Preferred skills and qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with technical content writing (e.g. instructional content, app or tech product reviews)
- Understanding of current trends in content and graphic design principles
- Interest in Technology products (desktop and mobile applications)
- Critical and creative mindset to bring different perspectives and solutions to the table
- User-first attitude, or ability to write easy-to-understand materials for average readers
- Staying up-to-date with other tech brands' best practices
