Using the latest and coolest CRM technologies;
Collaborating with Design and Copy team to confirm assets needed to set up and deploy emails;
Working with localization specialists to translate and test content to display correctly for the 17 languages we support;
Setting up, testing and scheduling One Off email sends;
Coding templates to display consistently across all major email platforms like Gmail and Outlook;
Testing template functionality with
Project Managers and other stakeholders;
Managing lead times with the stakeholders to ensure all deadlines are met;
Maintaining email templates and modules created for B2B and B2C communications.
At least 1-2 years of Front-end or coding emails experience;
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript or including personalized/dynamic content in emails;
Knowledge of the unique styling and display quirks that exist in the major email platforms;
Experience with responsive design;
Experience working with ESPs such as ExactTarget, Mail Chimp, Marketo (preferably for an online travel business or retailer);
Some localization experience is a bonus, but not required;
Fluency in written and spoken English
Familiarity and knowledge of
email marketing, including deliverability and rendering best practices;
University degree (or equivalent) required - Computer Science preferred.
