*** JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an experienced Community Associate/Specialist, a social/community expert to manage and grow a welcoming, engaged and helpful community for Kyberswap.
Community Associate/Specialist will handle all the Community growth activities, manage and monitor user' voice/concerns in the community, continuously grasping users' insights and feedback to improve operational/product excellence as well as assuring community engagement & sentiment.
As a Community Associate/Specialist you will work closely with the Community Manager and engage with the rest of the team on various tasks to drive Community and Marketing OKR.
Responsibilities:
Grow user community (member growth; sentiment; engagement; etc.) by initiating and executing community related activities;
Manage, train and supervise Moderators, develop a roadmap for decentralized community support & moderations;
Develop and manage Ambassadors program.
Develop and enforce community SOP, working flow and FAQs;
Monitor community by closely tracking highlights, resolving feedback timely and managing potential crisis;
Sustain and improve operational excellence by provide useful, instant & data driven insights to internal team and involving in other internal projects;
Sustain user community by planning and implementing neutralization and community outreach activities
Other tasks to support other activities/other tasks assigned by management.

Requirements:
Must have
Fluency in English
Background in Marketing/Communication/Community or related fields.
A minimum of 2 years working experience with proven enthusiasm for Web3/blockchain/DeFi industry.
Experience with social/community platforms (Discord/Telegram/Twitter....)
Highly responsive operating in a remote environment
Curiosity, Detailed oriented, strong ownership, openminded.
Nice to have
Passion for online community building and management
Experience with managing freelancers/vendors/agencies/ambassadors
Experience in problem solving/ crisis management.
Love for collaborating, anticipating change, and proactively implementing improvements
