Role and Responsibilities
An exceptional organizational and interpersonal communication skills to undertake the role in the Commercial and Testing department. As the Commercial Assistant, you are supporting the Payment Manager, Testing Manager and Payment Assessor in order to keep the team running smoothly.
The Commercial Assistant position is an administrative role that helps facilitate the daily functions,
operations and Project payment
documentation or Project Testing documentations submission of the team and the departments through
communication, organization and planning.
Duties
• Facilitate meetings with the Payment and/or Testing team to gather and record relevant details, mediate appointments and messages between team members
• File documents in physical and digital records and ensure appropriate storage
• Review and maintain the accuracy of the records, editing where necessary to ensure they are up to date
• Maintain confidentiality around sensitive documentation
• Responsible for preparing, monitoring and reporting of Project Testing & Payment documentations including: print, scan, fold up and track any issues whilst document preparation or submission.
• Overall support of Payment Manager, Testing manager and Payment Assessor administrative and organizational needs.
