The Club InterContinental Agent is responsible for providing check-in and out, servicing food and beverage to guests in a professional, timely and hospitable manner.
Gets to know the guest personally and recognizes their preferences.
Anticipates the guest's needs and acts accordingly.
Services food & beverage to guests and its speedy clearance.
Provides guest assistance in every possible way.
Has good knowledge of the local area to be able to offer suggestions/recommendations if required.
Has thoroughly knowledge of hotel facilities including the timings, charges, cuisine served in different outlets, different outdoor activities and offer assistance to make the
reservation/booking.
Has the ability to coordinate with the guest in order to meet his/her needs efficiently.
Coordinates with other departments to ensure guests' satisfaction.
Maintains a handover sheet which is a record of guest requests and handled by him/her or passed on to any other person/department.
Ensures that all duties are carried out in line with Hotel Policy with high standards of personal appearance, personal hygiene correct uniform, and name badge as outlined in the standard.
Completes other responsibilities as assigned.
Degree: Vocational School Certificate or Diploma in Hotel
Administration or equivalent.
One year in
front office/guest services operations, or an equivalent combination of education and experience are preferred.
Must have a well-groomed appearance.
Ability to communicate fluently in the primary language of the workplace both verbally and non-verbally. Fluent in English is preferred.
Organize, can multi-task, good problem-solving skills, and detail oriented.
Microsoft Office knowledge is preferred.
