Ensure claims are processed within the specific turnaround time.
Ensure confidentiality of all claims information, inclusive of claims guidelines and
internal control.
Manage claims queries/complaints via phone, email & chat.
Manage logistic partners and engaging them to full fill claims within specific TAT.
Engage with ARC (authorized repair centers) on technical report, quotation & invoices for devices that sent for repair.
Ability to respond email and written request from customer in accordance with companies operating procedure within the stipulated turnaround time.
Maintain and negotiate loss settlement amicably with program subscribers.
Daily huddle with team members and Ops HOD.
Yêu cầu công việc
At least Bachelor's degree.
Minimum 3 years of working experiences (preferably in the insurance industry).
Basic computer skills including MS office and ability to understand unfamiliar systems.
Fluent in both Vietnam and English.
Excellent interpersonal,
communication and influencing skills with emphasis on achieving results.
A team player who can perform with minimum supervision, whilst able to work independently to manage multiple priorities.
Strong and proven problem-solving skills.
Ability to work on rotating shift if required.
