Manage and oversee
general accounting tasks of
accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes a group of up to 5 companies in Vietnam (hereafter referred to as the "Group"): Supervise accounting functions in the general ledger. Closing accounting books of the Group at the month-end, year-end. Tax management regarding VAT, CIT, FCT and PIT.
Working with tax authorities and financial auditing companies.
Managing cashflow of the Group: Budgeting control, procurement auditing, payrolls auditing, providing payments.
Conducting cashflow forecasts and other internal financial reporting on a regular basis
Work closely with the Group Finance team, prepare the required info according to the corporate templates and procedures;
Reviewing documents and templates regarding to financial scope;
Make recommendations for changes/improvements to present methods and procedures;
Manage subordinate employee performance, set goals, provide ongoing training, and build excellent employee connections to help them grow.
Bachelor or higher degree with major in accounting or finance.
Professional accountant certificate.
At least 4 years of experience at the CAO position.
At least 1 year of experience in FinTech industry.
Experience both in VAS and IFRS.
Excellent skills of MS Excel.
Excellent
communication skills.
Fluent knowledge of Vietnamese/English both oral and written.
Drive and hunger to achieve results Independent, self-starter and initiative.
Willingness to work within tight deadlines.
Ability to work in a lean team, with minimum supervision.
Positive HRM reference from the last workplace.
