Main Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist customers through email, live chat, social media (Facebook, Instagram,...), phone
Follow
customer service processes; from order entry to the delivery of goods
Manage the day to day operations within the customer service team including process escalations, quality checking, and customers needs
Coordinate with other teams to achieve business goals
Determine best solutions for the issues, if any, escalated by the customers
Handle and resolve queries raised by Customers and Leader
Liaise with the vendors to obtain information relating to the preparation and shipping of customer purchase orders.
Requirements:
Honest, meticulous and self-motivated
English language skills required (fluency in writing)
Able to handle multi-tasks
Age range: 20-25. Experience in CRM systems (Zendesk, Freshdesk, ...) or working in Print On Demand Company is a plus.
