- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
- Maintaining solid
customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism
- Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features of our products
- Analyze and report product malfunctions and contribute to product improvement
- Update and expand customers' databases and managing database records
- Inform customers about new features and functionalities
- Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
- Gather customer feedback and share with our Product and Marketing teams
Yêu cầu công việc
- 1 - 2 years of experience in similar role. Fresh graduates are also welcomed to apply
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Proficient English skill
