Job Purpose:
- To manage and support Radiology Vietnam business to achieve both contrast media and devices set target as assigned by Country Head and improve overall profitability and market share by effectively leveraging available resources
- To drive the development and execution of brand/product/solution strategies in the short, mid and long term to achieve business goals as assigned by Country Head
- To lead, coordinate and manage overall marketing strategical activities including scientific differentiation partnering program, training, and marketing events, as well as manage marketing P&I
- To develop comprehensive marketing strategies to strengthen market leadership position of Bayer Radiology in Vietnam
- To support develop and grow Radiology device business via strategical collaboration with distributor and closely work with relevant internal/external stakeholders including regulatory, compliance and related regional/global team
Major Accountabilities:
1. Marketing Development
- Develop comprehensive marketing plan for radiology products to strengthen market leadership position, grow market share and delivers solution for customer needs via accurate market analysis and clear understanding of market situation
- Responsible and lead overall strategical + operational marketing strategies and tactics for promotional material development, promotional activities, SDP program, trainings and brand planning implementation
- Deploy and defined successful marketing campaign and brand key messages based on global and regional strategies to local adoption, and align marketing activities accordingly
- Thorough understanding of competitive development and activities and proactively develop strategies to win over competitors
- Support product supply/demand related activities including updating monthly APO forecast, timely update business input to local/regional SCM partners to ensure accurate and healthy stock level
- Active in market intelligent: incl. information related to National Product List, Health Insurance List; maintain position hospital drug tender
- Accountable to organize and lead the internal training to Radiology team and other relevant stakeholders on product related knowledge, market knowledge and required scientific knowledge

Business Development- Identify potential business upsides and business expansion opportunity
- Explore and develop new business model with solution offering mindset
- Support Country Head in distributor management and OEM engagement to create synergistic impact in business growth and enable solution offering
- Explore to find opportunities to engage in strategical activities together with pharma and proactively engage relevant enabling functions to develop new business model
3. Support sales team to deliver sales objectives and plans
- Present clear product and market strategy to sales team
- Evaluates effectiveness of promotional material with field force and adjusts as necessary
- Plan and conduct field visits with representatives to monitor market dynamics
- Support Country Head with monthly performance vs. plan analysis and reasons of deviation
- Analyze performance against plan
4. Build Thought Leader (TL) endorsement and advocacy
- Identify the TLs to achieve endorsement and advocacy: Responsible to build and manage TL engagement plan
- Support Country Head to establish the
Key Account Management system and to strengthen partnership with relevant societies
- Develop excellent partnership with TLs (in cooperation and coordination with the relevant sales functions) to successfully engage them as speaker and advocate to strengthen Bayer market position
- Closely collaborate with regional and global team to further engage local TLs in regional/global events and to receive additional support in SDP implementation
Other duties:
- Share best practice and learning with Radiology colleagues to build knowledge and competence
- Maintain good interpersonal professional relationships
- Take responsibility for personal development
- Observes the company's working rules in disciplined and decisive. Never does anything outside the goal and policies of the company without approval from the Country Head
- Observes the government's regulations (e.g. regulations on advertising)
- Be accountable to smartly manage given resources to achieve maximum outcome
- Actively collaborate with other countries in APAC and explore opportunities for synergistic collaboration to create win-win situation

Qualification & Competencies:
1. Bachelor's degree in science. Health care related field (doctor, pharmacist, nurse, radiographer) would be preferred
2. At least 8 years of relevant working experience in healthcare industry preferably in Radiology. Experience in
sales and marketing is mandatory. Experience in business development and management is preferred.
3. Strong customer focus with good interpersonal skills and be able to build strong customer relationship
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills
5. Good command of English is mandatory (spoken & written)
6. Drive for result with excellent planning, execution, and analytical skills
7. Team player and collaborative mindset and enable to effectively work with multiple stakeholders
