Liaising between the IT department, User Experience department and the Executive branches
Analyzing and understanding strategic business needs
Acting as an information source and communicator between business branches; proposing solutions to meet bussness requirement as well as the design of technical systems if neccessary
Writing and maintaining robust functional specifications
Conducting regular stand-ups with development team and product owner in the capacity of a SRUM Master.
Managing change requests from stakeholders
Conducting
Quality Assurance and
Quality Control tests, A/B tests and UAT sections with users and product owners
Utilizing and analyzing IT data for business insights
Enhancing the quality of IT products and services

3+ years in an
IT Business Analyst role
