車載向けアナログ/パワー半導体用パッケージ 量産技術エンジニア
■募集の背景
昨今の急激な車の電動化を背景に、車載向けアナログ/パワー製品の生産能力増強と低コスト化が急務となり、国内外のアウトソースへの製品展開開発を進めている(ベアダイ・チップ売りの製品も含む)
これらパッケージの量産対応をインテグレーションする能力と経験を有する量産技術エンジニアを募集する。
■職務内容
ベアダイ製品を含む、車載向けアナログ/パワー製品のアウトソース組立技術対応。
(1)量産品の品質不具合対応
・異常連絡に対する製品処置
・品質不具合の原因調査と発生対策(是正活動)
(2)アウトソース先の品質・歩留の改善
・アウトソース、REL品質管理部門との品質レビュー-改善の推進
・組立歩留のモニタ-改善の推進
(3)量産品の変更対応
・アウトソースから提出されるPCNへの対応
評価計画、結果の技術的妥当性判断と適用承認
■人材要件
必要要件
・半導体パッケージ設計/開発の業務経験があること
・半導体パッケージの組立製造受託会社との業務経験があること
歓迎要件
・リードフレームパッケージ開発の業務経験があること
・車載向けパッケージ開発の業務経験があること
必要な語学
英語:日常会話ができる (TOEIC 600点程度)
日本語:ビジネス会話ができる
