Job purpose:
The incumbent of this job is responsible for delivering the MIS to support the entire bancassurance channel in a concise and timely manner and includes all bancassurance metrics as may change from time to time.
Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases of Bancassurance and identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
Major accountabilities:
1. Reporting
• Create, develop and manage daily/monthly/quarterly/yearly performance report reviews of Bancassurance. Maintain and deliver other ad-hoc Bancassurance Channel reports
• Develop, modify, maintain and support custom reports (Python/ MS Access/ MS Excel/ Tableau) for both ad-hoc and ongoing needs
• Work with various teams for completing rules & memorandum relating to calculate sales KPI/ incentive/ compensation program & working with Finance/ Accounting for accrual process.
• Work with Contest/ Compensation team for calculation, reconciliation and payment process for Bancassurance Partner and sales force, ensuring all payments are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
• Developing analysis to track Bancassurance Sales Force / field staffs performance to assess the effectiveness of contests and find out business trend or risks if any, and other relating items as business requirements
• Answer ad-hoc questions from field force relating to Bancassurance Sales KPI/ Contest/ Compensation Calculation.
2. Data Analysis
• Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases of Bancassurance
• Identify, analyze and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets. Interpret data and analyze results
• Develop and implement data warehouse for Bancassurance and other strategies that optimize efficiency and data quality
• Create and maintain technical
documentation for various systems, services and business processes including databases and reporting procedures
• Assist with the review,
consolidation and reduction of data discrepancies
• Work closely with management to prioritize business and information needs
3. Other Tasks as assigned by direct manager
Knowledge:
• Good knowledge on Vietnam Life insurance market or Finance/Banking industry.
• Proficiency in MS Excel & Access & Python
• 3-5 years of working experience

• Good
communication and interpersonal skill in both English and Vietnamese

Education and experience:
- University graduate
- 2 years' experience working in insurance, especial in Management information system Dept.
- Supervision experience
- Process improvement experience
- Project involvement experience
