Key responsibilities
• Work as part of a multidisciplinary team across a range of industries to assist companies in better understand and develop solutions to respond to the complex and evolving policy, regulatory, and business environment risks and opportunities associated with ESG/
Sustainability and Decarbonization.
• Supervise and enhance the analysis of corporate activities and provide recommendations related to enhance their sustainability/ ESG strategy, methods, framework, and related tools to support clients in achieving their sustainability/ ESG objectives.
• Development of sustainability/ ESG programs and related reporting, such as materiality assessments, peer benchmarking, stakeholder engagement, gap analysis, metric/ KPI identification (in alignment with common sustainability/ ESG reporting standards such as GRI), and the preparation of reporting (internal and external) materials.
• Supervise and coach engagement teams to perform fieldwork, including data collection, analysis, and work paper documentation; prepare, edit, and proofread narrative reports and presentations of observations and recommendations.
• Review of relevant sustainability data (i.e. benchmarking, trends, regulatory developments).
• Day to day management of projects, ensuring quality and liaising with internal and external stakeholders and manage budgets.
• Ability to quickly learn concepts outside of your area of expertise.

Business development: supporting Partners/ Directors in Business development; pro-actively managing client relationships, respond to client queries in an effective and timely manner
• Address any knowledge gaps through learning and adaptation as appropriate
• Coach junior team members to develop new skills, monitor their performance, support their development and help manage their career growth.
