The job holder is responsible for the sourcing of suppliers for the overall needs of the company to obtain products of the right quality and quantity at the right price and time and from the right sources, and to maintain high standard quality office
environment for customers and staff.
KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1.
Procurement: Delivering procurement of services and goods with good quality and quantity at best prices
- Dealing with supplier for best offer, quality of goods, price compared with market and inventory
- Sourcing new supplier, maintaining good relationship with the existing supplier.
- Ensuring strict compliance with SVFC policies in procurement, contracting process
- Coordinating with other related departments to handle/serve special/ad-hoc requests, if required
- Reviewing and following up Purchase Request, Purchase Order, Contract, goods/service distribution, Payment Request
- Maintaining a proper filing system for easy reference and tracing
- Preparing contracts with suppliers/ Landlords before submitting to Management for signing and follow up contract termination/liquidation process
- Supporting Manager to review fit-out layouts and quotation for projects of office renovation.
2. Office Services: Delivering facility management services across all sites of the Company
- Reviewing payment requests of Team before coming to higher level.
- Following up & solving requests from other divisions related Office service.
- Working closely with 3rd party to review fees on security, cleaners, plant, flowers, decorations
