PURPOSE:
Perform & responsible for Investment
accounting and Investment Operation tasks
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Responsible for checking daily Net Asset value of Investment Fund, including:
- Ensure all investment transactions are recorded accurately with full supporting documents.
- Submit Daily Unit Reports to Custodian Bank and Fund Managers.
- Calculate Net Asset Value (NAV) and perform NAV reconciliation with related parties.
- Update Unit Price into Policy system.
2. Responsible for month-end closing process for investment transactions on time (booking, perform reconciliation.ie.), ensure to align with Local Regulator and Group's Policy
3. Prepare Local and Group Report on timely and accurate manner for investment transactions (monthly/quarterly/yearly).
4. Responsible for preparing Investment and Operating Cash flow by collecting information from related parties and generate relevant report
5. Participate in UAT process for Investment system (User Acceptance Testing). Investigate issues from Policy system and Investment system.
6. Handle investment operation for all instructions and ensure the investment trades are completed on time (i.e work with Bank & Investment Dept; perform the settlement for investment trading and handle supporting documents)

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
- B.A Degree in Accounting/ Finance/ Economics/ or equivalent professional qualification with 7 -10 years of relevant experience
- Prefer to have experience in Life Insurance or Financial service
KNOWLEDGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Strong knowledge about Investment accounting, Fund accounting. Understanding of VAS, IFRS.
- Good
communication and interpersonal skills with good written and spoken English
- Attention to detail and able to work under pressure
- Committed and able to meet tight deadlines
- Highly motivated and able to work independently as well as in team
- Proficient in MS excel, Oracle is preferred.
