1. JOB PURPOSE :
Perform sales duties themselves and lead teams of salespeople to achieve sales goals. This includes everything from setting sales goals to training and supporting teams in order to help them achieve those goals.
2. DUTIES:
- Working location: Responsible for the Petfood category of the North, Vietnam
- Finding new customers and constantly expanding the business and ensure market coverage all over the particular region.
- Assurance of sales: Responsible for the sales targets set by the Company, monitor and supervise staff to reach monthly sales targets, assist the Salesperson to solve problems in daily work
- Develop an overall business plan, monitoring sales data and keeping up to date with current market trends and customer needs. This includes performing territory and sales analyses, assessing the results, and adjusting sales strategies accordingly.
- Build and maintain key relationships with potential and current clients. Using excellent interpersonal skills to form new relationships with potential clients and follows up with potential and current clients.
- Manage Sales Team, including training sales employees, holding regular conference calls, reviewing team member expense reports, coaching, motivating and supporting the sales team, and ensuring that employees are achieving their sales goals.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies

3. REQUIREMENT
- Physical: Health must be assessed by health authorities that meet work requirements and comply with labor laws
- Knowledge
+ Qualifications: Have a diploma or above in economic, veterinary, or related major
+ Language: Fluency in English, and French is an advantage
+ Computing: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in Petfood field or FMCG (fast-moving consumer goods)
- Skills: Have good communication skills, capable of convincing and negotiating with clients, work organization skills,
sales planning, managing processes, staffing
- Attitude: Nimble, careful, honest, have a high sense of responsibility and learning
