• Proactively approach and expand business of air purifiers of dealers. Develop potential dealers to become Daikin's dealers
• Make APU sales plans and activities to achieve the target of each fiscal year (including sales target, growth of dealer, the number of dealers, etc)
• Support dealers/contractors/consultancy firms to approach project owners to introduce and offer Daikin products to the construction
• Gather information and analyze markets development, consumers trend and competitor activities, make reports to superiors and related departments. Propose action plans based on the collected information as well as analysis to aim at the No.1 market share of APU Daikin in the market
• Team management: take care of total team sales budget and support team members' sales operation. Manage, coach and supervise the work of employees
• Other duties/responsibilities as assigned by Branch Head.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in a related technical discipline (Refrigeration, Electrical, Mechanical, etc)
• Have from 3-year-experience in Air Purifier Sales
• Ability to build up good network/ relationship with customers
• Have experience in team management (- 3 staffs & more)
• Good in English, fair presentation skills & MS Office
• Strong interpersonal,
communication skills (including the ability to influence, inspire, persuade and motivate others)
• Strategic & tactical mindset
