Work Experience 1. Direct supervision of training courses nationwide
- Monthly planning & monitoring of ARFC training courses nationwide.
- Prepare report summarizing the actual inspection situation.
- Recommend any access and handle instructions
2. Drafting / Updating training adjustments according to the company's regulations from time to time
- Update departmental training/training upon request from management
- Implementation instructions for newly launched programs.
3. In charge of the work of the department
- Perform post-testing work nationwide before sending to the Ministry of Finance.
- Perform work related to the Vietnam Defense
Development Institute when necessary.
- Act as the focal point for handling with the Company Department & Vietnam
Insurance Development Institute when doing the wrong exam of the student contest
4. Check to ensure compliance of course trainers
- Regularly check the compliance in the organization of classes by professional coaches
- Proposing solutions to support the
operation of the business coaching team
5. Complete new tasks assigned by superiors
