Job Description • Sales and Development of ASM, Leaders in your area.
• Communication and Training on all company commercial activities.
• Set goals with ASM, Leaders.
• Follow up and coach ASM, Leaders.
• Ensure that meetings and trainings are held regularly by Leaders.
• Manage the general work at branch in sales, operation,
customer service and other monthly activities.
• Manage and develop strong and dedicated working team of 4 ASMs, 1 Junior ASM, 1 Service
centre manager • Be a visible and inspiring Leader for staffs and a reliable business partner to the leaders
• Process yearly developing conversation to set target for staffs and assess performance to review salary aligned with company budget
• Be a visible and inspiring Leader for the ASMs and a reliable business partner to the Leaders, Consultants.
• Ensure that objectives are reached in both sales and development of new Leaders with on going recruitment.
• Act as a coach to the Leaders in the goal setting process and provide support through joint actions and a continuous follow up.
• Implement
sales and marketing strategies compliant to company's budget & policy
• Tailor and perform driven sales activities like meetings, trainings, motivational events, beauty shows, and road shows...
• Develop sales by training the sales force
• Create the specific training programs to fit with the variety direct sales group
• Communication and Training on all company commercial activities.
• Set goals, make trainings and activities plan, and follow up to make sure the sales force growth aligned with company target.
• Develop leaders by delivering leadership academy trainings, brain storm workshops to management agent levels
• Preparing and hold monthly Leader Club meeting and Staff meeting
• Make monthly training schedule for branch
• Ensure to reach the target in both sales and sales force development
