We focus on forest and climate impact commodities and related sectors. We are now looking for a Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our team in Bangalore, India on a permanent contract. What you will do As a Senior Salesforce Administrator, your main tasks will involve developing and maintaining Preferred by Nature's Salesforce organisation. Other duties will include: Proactively seek solutions and improvements in Salesforce to optimally use the technical possibilities for effectively supporting the core activities of Preferred by Nature Create, maintain and enhance automated business processes Manage changes to business processes, technology and people within Salesforce Create human-centred user experiences in Salesforce Proactively set up processes to manage and protect customer and business data Who you are Have a university degree in Computer Science or other related technical fields A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience as an Administrator in Salesforce Lightning In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities Experience in integration with external systems will be considered an asset Excellent written and verbal communication in English Comfortable making independent decisions, as the nature of the job requires you to work independently, often remotely from your colleagues Believe in Preferred by Nature's mission and want to contribute to it If you have the qualities listed above, we are delighted to discuss your potential further.
