Job Description Work with Purchasing, Legal, Accounting & Supplier team to prepare contracts for outsourcing services of the Marketing Department Follow up the payment process and prepare all necessary documents to ensure the payment is on schedule Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to solve issues related to documents, contracts, ... Work with the requestor to prepare the RFQ process and timeline to choose vendors for running an effective Marketing campaign Keep good records of the marketing team budget and support in following up with the Line Manager to ensure effective execution and compliance with the company's processes & procedures Control the Marketing team's budget and track data of budget by working closely with S&R and Growth departments. Prepare monthly accrual by the deadline as Finance informed Support the Campaign owner to work with admin, accounting, and customers (winner of the Campaign) to give prizes. Collect and track documents related to the Campaign Support Marketing Department in implementing promotions, events, and other advertising activities Other tasks are assigned by the Line Manager

At least 1+ years of experience in a similar position Well organized, highly deliberate & good pressure tolerance Good skills in using Office tools (Word, Excel, PP, ...) Have marketing knowledge Familiar working with marketing processes Experienced with SAP Good English is an advantage
