About E-commerce Team: Global e-commerce is content e-commerce business mainly based on diversified and tailored livestreaming and short videos. Global e-commerce business team hopes to provide users with more tailored, active and efficient consumption experience, enabling merchants to receive stable and reliable platform services in different scenarios, so as to make more affordable and high-quality products sell easily and bring a better life within reach. Responsibilities: - Exploring and contacting the potential sellers from public ecommerce communities or social media groups, engaging them to TikTok seller community - Assisting on seller incubation events and projects, including creating communication materials and conducting training webinars etc. - Helping specific sellers with the early-stage store operation, including onboarding process, listing products and providing solutions to improve short video/live streaming. - Data processing to provide insights for seller education and track seller performance. Qualifications Qualifications: - Actively enrolled university student who is able to work for at least 3 months. - Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills, public speaking - Familiar with different social apps and tools such as Zalo, WhatsApp, Telegram, etc - Be responsible, efficient and can work under pressure and enjoy a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in English.
